Limitation on orders
We undertake to ship the products promptly following the sending of the order (provided that the order is accepted and confirmed by e-mail), usually within 24/48 working hours or even less, if the products ordered are available in warehouse. In the event that it is not possible to ship the goods within the indicated times, we will inform you by email indicating an estimated delivery day. If so, you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as outlined in the information email. The products fall under your full responsibility from the time of delivery.
All shipments, national and international, will be entrusted to GLS Italy with guaranteed delivery within 24/48h
Returns and Refunds
The returns of purchases on jfulleyewear.it are free. You have up to 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return, with GLS Italy express courier. The procedure is quick and easy. It is not possible to return a Gift Card.
The refund (regardless of the return method chosen) is carried out by re-credit on a credit card or PayPal account depending on the instrument used during the purchase. If the purchase was made with cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.Normally it takes 7-10 working days from the acceptance of the return to process the refund and credit it (timing depends on your bank or credit institution:in some cases it may take several days). In the event of a total return of an order, the shipping costs will be refunded, if incurred during the purchase. In case of partial return, however, the shipping costs will not be refunded (if paid). It will not be possible to refund any order if the return instructions are not followed correctly and/or the goods not returned in their original condition.
